Yoga - Wednesdays 6:30-8pm

We are a small friendly group who come together to practice yoga with our teacher, Claire Maclaine (Clarity Yoga) on Wednesday evenings 6.30pm to 8.00pm.  Claire offers a holistic approach to yoga, focusing on gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation.  The class is suitable for beginners and anyone with experience of yoga who is looking for a slow mindful practice.
