Pilates - Mondays various times
Hi I am Kerry, a local experienced physiotherapist and pilates instructor.
I have been teaching pilates for 4 years now, and have enjoyed expanding my knowledge, and the diversity of classes that I offer.
My schedule includes Matwork pilates (a variety of standing and mat based strength/movement), Pregnancy Pilates, & Bring your Baby sessions for post-natal women.
Classes run as pay per block, this allows you to get the best from regularly attending a class, and also helps me to plan as an instructor.
The focus of all of the classes is using the best possible evidence for movement, breathing and strenghening.
My vast experience as a physiotherapist enables me to adapt (as best we can within a class setting) to any injuries you may have.
I believe exercise should be interesting, so no classes on repeat here!
